Start again and again

Well I got distracted again. I am back yet again but I am also 160 pounds and ran a 14 minute mile this week. I also played soccer on Wednesday. Where I got terribly tired but played relatively OK. I am watching my food intake. I ate out twice. But apart from that the diet has been good. I am still in the range of 158/159. I guess I will have to wait a few more weeks. Not going to run today. I may try one run on the weekends but if that does not work out I am not going to sweat it. I would like to loose at least 10 pounds by Apan's wedding and then 10 more by Fall. That ought to do it. We shall see.
