What I am doing towards my marathon goal!

Played Monday game for the first time. I only slept 5 hours and I have work to do. Considering that I played really well. I need to play better. Stamina is the key. I think my ball control is fine and getting better.

My weight now is hovering between 152.5 to 153. I lost 8 pounds since I started heating healthy. I got about 10 to 12 pounds to loose. Should happen in a healthy way.

I think I am going to skip running. Now the target will be to reach the following schedule within a week:

non AWS week Soccer 3 days M W F and weights or ball control practice T and Th
AWS week Soccer M and W - weight T and Th morning

eventually I will incorporate soccer when I visit Buwi
