Speed Workout and Back Pain

Today I did 4X100 run and 4X100 walk. The second 100 was fastest - but its still 20!
Tomorrow plan to run 5 miles, try to keep it under an hour but not kill myself. TG has two runs planned - 6.5 and a 7.5. I am going to try to keep up with her.
Soccer match was not that great. The team does not combine well and they do not pass to new comers. I plan not to play with them any more and stick to my Wednesday team and may be find a better team later. I can not play more than once a week anyway if I plan on achieving the time I planned on achieving.
