Nipples!
My nipples
are sore from running! I have to get some protection for it. There are some stuff that you can put on so that there is less friction. What's next!
On a brighter note: The speed workout went well despite a sleepless night. I did 400 meter warm up and then 100 meter max with 100 meter walk reps. Did not do many reps today since I have a game tomorrow. Next time I do it - I plan to do 8 reps.
100 meter reading was 20 seconds ... it should have been way better.
Food diary:
Cereal, Coffee, 1/2 cup rice with sliced tomato, spring onion and pepper salad, power bar, 1 flat fruit, 4 slices of wheat bread, 4 salami (fat free tofu) , 1/2 cup boiled okra
